Previously known as Wedelia trilobata (Australian Plant Census). A category 3 restricted invasive plant under the Biosecurity Act 2014.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 15 Fraser Coast localities: Craignish, Dundowran, Booral, Burrum Heads, Toogoom, Susan River, Urangan, Dundowran Beach, Yengarie, Talegalla Weir, Tinana, Pialba, Maryborough, Point Vernon, Urraween.
