is commonly known as
undescribed chiloglottis.

is described as a "monocot"
in the
Orchidaceae
family.
In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern.
Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.
A very small plant with two opposite, flat, lanceolate leaves 5-7 cm long at ground level. Flowering stem 5-8 cm high with a single 2 cm high greenish flower with a very glandular labellum. Flowering period March-May. Not common. Tinana South (Alan Logan)
It has not been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is not
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
