Species information

Eremophila debilis   (Andrews) Chinnock

This native groundcover is commonly known as winter apple.

Eremophila debilis is described as a "dicot" in the Scrophulariaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Previously known as Myoporum debile (QBRI Jessup 2002) 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.

Reported at 19 Fraser Coast localities: Susan River, Prawle, Yengarie, Glenwood, Gigoomgan, Glenorchy, Takura, Tandora, Urangan, Mount Urah, St Mary, Bauple, Doongul, Woocoo, Point Vernon, Tiaro, Bauple Forest, Owanyilla, Tinana.
