This native shrub
is commonly known as
wallum grevillea.
Grevillea leiophylla
is described as a "dicot"
in the
Proteaceae
family.
In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern.
Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.
Weak-stemmed shrub to 1m in moist areas, leaves to 6 cm long (Mangroves to Mountains). Similar to Grevillea reptans which has longer leaves to 12 cm.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 10 Fraser Coast localities: Walligan, Duckinwilla, Cherwell, Burgowan, Bidwill, Tinnanbar, K'gari, Boonooroo Plains, Tuan Forest, Walliebum.
