Previously known as Lipocarpha microcephala (Queensland Flora Census 2020). Not recorded in the Fraser Coast region but widely distirbuted across Queensland and in other states. Likely to be present here. Regarded as a wetland species in Queensland WetlandInfo.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census but is not
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
