Recorded at Thinoomba. Main distribution is from Kingaroy area to the Gold Coast but reported at Woody Island, Yengarie, Pialba, St Mary and Talegalla Weir. Flowering between October and March (iNaturalist Australia).

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 13 Fraser Coast localities: Great Sandy Strait, Pialba, Talegalla Weir, Maryborough, Owanyilla, Antigua, St Mary, Teebar, Duckinwilla, Maryborough West, Tinana, Boompa, Beelbi Creek.
