Very uncommon in the Fraser Coast region recorded at Aramara and reported at Brooweena and St Mary. Unusual near coastal population associated with Myrtle Creek sandstone (Peter Young). Previously known as Acacia bancroftii (Australian Plant Census).
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 2 Fraser Coast localities: Brooweena, St Mary.
