Endemic to Sunshine Coast - Great Sandy -Wide Bay district (Peter Young). Ripe fruit July 2018, Burrum Heads.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 16 Fraser Coast localities: Craignish, Burrum River, Dundowran Beach, Toogoom, Duckinwilla, K'gari, River Heads, Howard, Booral, Teddington, Takura, Burrum Heads, Yengarie, Boompa, St Mary, Tuan Forest.
