Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.
A low-growing (i.e. prostrate or decumbent) plant growing up to 0.4 m tall. Its stems are partially covered in tiny soft hairs, but may appear almost hairless. It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
