Uncommon species and restricted to limited ecosystem types within the region. Not recorded in the region but reported at Tinana Creek, Mt Bauple, Fraser Island, Lenthalls Dam and Dundowran. These are northern populations of the main southern distribution of this species.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 13 Fraser Coast localities: Dundowran Beach, Urraween, Duckinwilla, Dundowran, Glenwood, Magnolia, Bauple, Tinana, Tiaro, K'gari, Howard, Teddington, Booral.
