Species information

Lomandra confertifolia subsp. pallida   A.T.Lee

This native groundcover is commonly known as slender matrush.

Lomandra confertifolia subsp. pallida is described as a "monocot" in the Laxmanniaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.

Reported at 40 Fraser Coast localities: Booral, Toogoom, Urangan, Duckinwilla, Cherwell, Burrum Heads, Burgowan, Takura, Walliebum, Walligan, Prawle, River Heads, Dundowran Beach, Beelbi Creek, Gigoomgan, Tinana, Great Sandy Strait, Talegalla Weir, K'gari, Doongul, Granville, St Mary, Walkers Point, Howard, Tuan Forest, Bidwill, Urraween, Yengarie, Tiaro, Maryborough, Boonooroo Plains, Bauple Forest, Craignish, Beaver Rock, Owanyilla, Sunshine Acres, Antigua, Teebar, Maryborough West, Gootchie.
