Petals pink or white (Stanley and Ross. 1995. Flora of south-eastern Queensland). Recorded distribution in Fraser Coast region limited to K'gari (Fraser Island). Main distribution southwards to Victoria with an outlier near Agnes Water to the north. Regarded as a wetland species in Queensland WetlandInfo.
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
