Species information

Chorizema parviflorum   Benth.

This native groundcover is commonly known as eastern flame pea.

Chorizema parviflorum is described as a "dicot" in the Leguminosae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Also reported at St Mary https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/301419573. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.

Reported at 15 Fraser Coast localities: Duckinwilla, Takura, Walligan, Bidwill, Talegalla Weir, Burrum Town, Aldershot, Susan River, Mount Urah, Walliebum, Yengarie, Tuan Forest, Tinana, Boonooroo Plains, Sunshine Acres.
