Species information

Clerodendrum floribundum   R.Br.

This native tree is commonly known as lollybush.

Clerodendrum floribundum is described as a "dicot" in the Lamiaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.

Reported at 55 Fraser Coast localities: Dundowran Beach, Booral, Dundathu, Craignish, Pacific Haven, Toogoom, Takura, Urraween, Urangan, Point Vernon, Aldershot, Duckinwilla, Tiaro, K'gari, River Heads, Howard, Dundowran, Burrum Heads, Sunshine Acres, Walligan, Yengarie, Doongul, Kanigan, Pialba, Mount Urah, Granville, Walkers Point, Bidwill, Magnolia, Teddington, Yerra, Antigua, Gigoomgan, Glenorchy, Tuan, Bauple, Mungar, Boonooroo, Paterson, Maryborough, Poona, Talegalla Weir, Malarga, Bauple Forest, Tuan Forest, Tinana, St Mary, Eli Waters, Torquay, Gundiah, Boompa, Tinnanbar, Kawungan, Woocoo, Gootchie.
