Probably introduced to Fraser Coast sites where reported. Naturalised in Wide Bay district. Native in other parts of Queensland (Queensland Flora Census 2022).
It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is
listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.
Reported at 3 Fraser Coast localities: Craignish, Tinnanbar, Duckinwilla.
